Hello, I am Alan Massey, a fully qualified Alexander Technique teacher who serves the Highlands and Morayshire areas.

I trained for 3 years at the STAT approved Fellside Alexander School in Cumbria. My post graduate training took place at A.T.I. Alexander School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I have been involved in the self-development and healing arena for over 30 years and been working one to one with Alexander clients for the past 23 years.

The Alexander Technique, with its subsequent re-awakening of the sixth sense of sensory appreciation, has been one of the most profound vehicles for change and deepening self awareness I have encountered. It has given myself and most of my pupils the experience of being free from physical pain and a feeling of being many years younger.

I have also trained in many healing disciplines, including counselling.
